T92 – Todos los trámites de COFEPRIS se gestionarán en Ventanilla Digital/ COFEPRIS procedures will now be carried out through the Digital Window.
El 2 de septiembre del 2019 se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) el “Acuerdo por el que se modifica el diverso por el que se dan a conocer los trámites que aplica la Secretaría de Salud, a través de la Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COFEPRIS), inscritos en el Registro Federal de Trámites y Servicios de la Comisión Federal de Mejora Regulatoria que podrán realizarse en términos del Decreto por el que se establece la Ventanilla Digital Mexicana de Comercio Exterior, publicado el 14 de enero de 2011, publicado el 16 de noviembre de 2012”. Este entrará en vigor a los 15 días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de su publicación por el medio de difusión oficial, es decir, el 23 de septiembre del presente.
En esencia, el cambio es para indicar que, en su gran mayoría, los trámites COFEPRIS serán gestionados a través de la Ventanilla Digital. Los 41 avisos o permisos obligatorios que deberán tramitarse por medios electrónicos son aquellos con las siguientes homoclaves:
