T124 – Activa Secretaría de Economía registro de actividades esenciales/ Secretariat of Economy Enables Registration of Essential Activities
La Secretaría de Economía habilitó el registro de actividades esenciales en http://www.desi.economia.gob.mx/esenciales/ con el fin de que las empresas que deseen su reapertura ésta sea ordenada y gradual con el fin de mantener la salud de los trabajadores.
En este sitio, la Secretaría de Economía menciona lo siguiente:
“Estimado empresario, agradecemos su compromiso por mantener y atender la salud de sus trabajadores. Por ello el Gobierno de México, pone a disposición de los centros de trabajo estos lineamientos con el fin de lograr una reapertura ordenada, gradual y cauta de las actividades laborales. El éxito del regreso a la nueva normalidad es responsabilidad de todos.
Por lo anterior, en la información que nos brinde, usted hace constar bajo protesta de decir verdad, que corresponde a las condiciones reales de su(s) centro(s) de trabajo(s). Se trata de un acuerdo de buena voluntad, sin embargo, es verificable por las autoridades competentes y si no se cumple, se procederá a la clausura de las empresas o centros laborales que pongan en riesgo la salud de sus trabajadores.”

On this website, the Secretariat of Economy mentions the following:
“Dear employer, we appreciate your commitment to maintain and care for the health of your workers. For this reason, the Mexican Government makes these guidelines available to the workplaces in order to achieve an orderly, gradual and cautious reopening of the labor activities. The successful return to the new normality is everyone’s responsibility.
Therefore, in the information you provide, you state under protest that it corresponds to the real conditions of your work center(s). This is a goodwill agreement, however, it is verifiable by the competent authorities and if it is not complied with, the companies or work centers that put the health of their workers at risk will be closed down.”
