Por medio del presente se hace de su conocimiento la siguiente información:
El día 12 de JULIO de 2018 se dio a conocer en el Diario Oficial de la Federación por parte de la SECRETARÍA DE ECONOMÍA lo siguiente:
ACUERDO QUE MODIFICA AL DIVERSO QUE ESTABLECE LA CLASIFICACIÓN Y CODIFICACIÓN DE MERCANCÍAS CUYA IMPORTACIÓN ESTÁ SUJETA A REGULACIÓN POR PARTE DE LA SECRETARÍA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA, DESARROLLO RURAL, PESCA Y ALIMENTACIÓN, A TRAVÉS DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE SANIDAD, INOCUIDAD Y CALIDAD AGROALIMENTARIA.
ÚNICO.- Se adiciona al Punto SEGUNDO del Acuerdo que establece la clasificación y codificación de mercancías cuya importación está sujeta a regulación por parte de la Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería, Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Alimentación, a través del Servicio Nacional de Sanidad, Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 3 de septiembre de 2012 y sus modificaciones, la siguiente fracción arancelaria, en el orden que le corresponde según su numeración, como a continuación se indica:

On July 12, 2018, the following was announced in the Official Federal Gazette by the SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMY:
AGREEMENT THAT MODIFIES THE INSTRUMENT ESTABLISHING THE CLASSIFICATION AND CODIFICATION OF GOODS WHOSE IMPORTATION IS SUBJECT TO REGULATION BY THE SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK, RURAL DEVELOPMENT, FISHING AND FOOD, THROUGH THE NATIONAL SERVICE OF HEALTH, SAFETY AND AGRO-FOOD QUALITY.
SINGLE.- The following tariff item is added to the SECOND Point of the Agreement that establishes the classification and codification of goods whose import is subject to regulation by the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food, through the National Health Service, Safety and Agri-Food Quality, published in the Official Federal Gazette on September 3, 2012 and its modifications, in the order that corresponds to it according to its numbering, as indicated below:
