249 – Acuerdo sobre el cupo para importar carne de cerdo fresca, refrigerada y congelada / Agreement on the quota to import fresh, chilled and frozen pork meats

Por medio del presente se hace de su conocimiento la siguiente información:
El día 05 de JUNIO de 2018 se dio a conocer en el Diario Oficial de la Federación por parte de la SECRETARÍA DE ECONOMÍA lo siguiente:
ACUERDO MEDIANTE EL CUAL SE DA A CONOCER EL CUPO PARA IMPORTAR, CON EL ARANCEL-CUPO ESTABLECIDO, CARNE DE CERDO FRESCA, REFRIGERADA Y CONGELADA
Primero.- Se establece un cupo agregado para importar carne de cerdo fresca, refrigerada y congelada, libre de arancel, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto por el que se establece arancel-cupo a la importación de mercancías, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 10 de diciembre de 2014, como se indica en la siguiente tabla:

Segundo.- El cupo a que se refiere el Punto Primero del presente Acuerdo se asignará bajo el mecanismo de asignación directa en su modalidad de “Primero en tiempo, primero en derecho”.
Tercero.- Podrán solicitar la asignación del cupo previsto en el Punto Primero del presente Acuerdo las personas morales que pertenezcan a la industria procesadora de carne de cerdo establecidas en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. […]

Primero.- El presente Acuerdo entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Federación. […]

On June 5, 2018, the following was announced in the Official Federal Gazette of the Federation by the SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMY:
AGREEMENT THROUGH WHICH YOU ARE INFORMED ABOUT THE QUOTA TO IMPORT, WITH THE ESTABLISHED TARIFF-QUOTA, FRESH, REFRIGERATED AND FROZEN PORK MEATS
First.- An aggregate quota is established to importing fresh, refrigerated and frozen pork meat, free of duty, in accordance with the provisions of the Decree establishing the tariff-quota for the import of merchandise, published in the Official Federal Gazette on December 10, 2014, as indicated in the following table:

Second.- The quota referred to in the First Point of this Agreement will be assigned under the direct allocation mechanism in its “First come, first served” modality.
Third.- The legal persons that belong to the pork processing industry established in the Mexican United States may request the allocation of the quota provided in the First Point of this Agreement. […]
