TLC Asociados hace de su conocimiento la publicación de la hoja informativa 11 en el Portal de VUCEM (Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior Mexicano) de fecha 30 de mayo de 2017 relacionada con el DESISTIMIENTO DE SOLICITUD DE PERMISO PARA LA IMPORTACIÓN Y EXPORTACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS PETROLÍFEROS E HIDROCARBUROS.

En la citada publicación se informa, que se encuentra disponible la opción para realizar el desistimiento de las siguientes solicitudes, que son reguladas por la Secretaría de Energía (SENER):

• Solicitud de importación de petrolíferos.
• Solicitud de exportación de petrolíferos.
• Solicitud de exportación de hidrocarburos.

Para realizar dicha operación debe:

1. Ingresar a la opción de “Solicitudes subsecuentes”, dentro del menú “Trámites”.
2. Buscar el folio del trámite del cual desea desistirse.
3. Al encontrar el folio, y siempre y cuando éste no cuente con una autorización emitida por la SENER, podrá dar clic en el botón “Desistir” y adjuntar la información requerida.

Lo anterior se hace de su conocimiento a efecto de que sea considerada la presente opción en caso de que las empresas requieran realizar este servicio de una forma más ágil a través de la VUCEM.

TLC Asociados makes of your knowledge the publication of the informative sheet 11 in the VUCEM Portal (Single Window for Trade) on May 30, 2017, concerning the WITHDRAWAL OF PERMIT REQUEST FOR THE IMPORT AND EXPORT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS AND HYDROCARBONS.

In this publication, it is informed that the option of carrying out the withdrawal is available for the following requests that are regulated by the Secretariat of Energy (SENER):

• Request of petroleum import.
• Request of petroleum export.
• Request of hydrocarbons export.

To carry out such operation you must:

1. Enter to the option of “Subsequent Applications”, within the menu “Processes”.
2. Search for the folio of the process from which you want to withdraw.
3. When you find the folio, and as long as this one does not have an authorization emitted by the SENER, you could click the option “Withdraw” and attach the requested information.

This is made of your knowledge for the effect of considering the option in the case that the company requires making this service in a more agile way through VUCEM.
